I didn’t have much anxiety like most people, but I’m glad I got to register early. Now all I have to do is hope that I’m one of the lucky first million who would get their Hogwarts letter early (to make it officially official and get access to Pottermore before October).I highly doubt it though, since the Potterhead population it’s pretty apparent from the site’s crashing (before the quest even started!) But my fingers are still crossed!
In other news, I’ve pretty much bummed out this weekend. I had my internet fun and now I cringe at the possibility of going through this month with much difficulty, academically speaking. I know I’m too old to whine about school but… Ugh, it’s school. I am, however, pretty proud of where I am now. I mean, I’m only a freshman but let’s face it, being a ~*med student*~ isn’t easy (I know quite a handful of people who’ve dropped – and it’s only the third month!!!)
My weekend wasn’t all dilly-dallying! I finally was able to buy a couple of HP merch – a Slytherin journal and a Petrificus Totalus shirt – and a backpack (which is more of a need than a want, really. Damn scolio) I hope I get to take photos soon. This blog seriously lacks media files.
Rum-pa-pa-pum, rum-pa-pa-pum. I have to pack for this school week. And it’s off to the apartment I go – where I do things more productively than when I’m at home. Seriously, I just gain weight and lay all day when I’m here. Ick.
